In this role, you’ll help shape how Identity and access controls are governed across the bank, strengthening security, improving operational efficiency, and enabling safe delivery at pace through clear standards, oversight, and effective exception handling. You’ll gain broad, bank-wide exposure and the opportunity to influence outcomes across global stakeholders, audits, and governance forums.
To be successful as an IAM Governance Analyst - BA4, you should have:
Ample IAM / Logical Access Management fundamentals (e.g., access lifecycle, provisioning/deprovisioning concepts, access recertification, Segregation of Duties) and an appreciation of operating controls and standards
Governance & control mindset with experience supporting control frameworks/standards, clarifying ownership (RACI), maintaining documentation, and driving consistent adoption across stakeholders
Audit / regulatory engagement capability, comfortable managing evidence, responding to RFIs, tracking issues/actions, and supporting effective challenge/closure through structured governance
Clear communication & stakeholder management, able to work across technology, risk/control, and business teams; influence decisions; and produce concise, high-quality written artefacts for leadership audience
Other highly valued skills include:
Familiarity with IAM toolsets and ecosystems such as request/workflow tools, certification/recertification, SoD, identity repositories/directories) and how they support controlled access at scale
Metrics, reporting, and insight generation with ability to work with control/KRI data, build or enhance dashboards/MI, and communicate risk and trends effectively for governance forums
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our Whippany, New Jersey office.
Minimum Salary: $80,000
Maximum Salary: $120,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role
To manage and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, processes, technologies and standards for all IAM functions to ensure the secure access and use of sensitive information across the organisation.
