Explore locationEmbark on a transformative journey with our Joint Operation Center team as our JOC - Physical Security Supervisor. As our JOC - Physical Security Supervisor, you will ensure the effective operation of the Joint Operations Center by overseeing daily monitoring, incident response, and team performance. Your role provides strategic guidance in overseeing alarms, access control, and critical events, ensuring swift escalation and resolution. As supervisor you'll maintain compliance with security policies, enforces SOPs, and serves as a key liaison between the JOC, stakeholders, and external partners. Ultimately, you will supervisor, safeguard people, assets, and operations through vigilant oversight and coordinated security response.
To be successful in your role as our JOC - Physical Security Supervisor, you should have:
Demonstrated experience supervising security operations in a JOC, GSOC, or similar environment, with sound judgment and effective crisis response capabilities
Practical experience with access control, alarm monitoring, CCTV, and incident response systems, plus solid reporting, and communications abilities
The ability to oversee high-volume alarms, enforce SOPs, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels in demanding operational environments
Other highly values skills include:
Professional security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, APP) or education in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
Experience with intelligence analysis, threat monitoring tools, and identifying emerging risks or trends
Familiarity with multinational corporate environments, cross-border security complexities, partnering with law enforcement or external agencies
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is in Whippany, New Jersey.
Minimum Salary: $65,000.00
Maximum Salary: $95,000.00
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
