Your role will be to provide data-led expert oversight and check and challenge on business and compliance matters to evidence that the organization is operating in compliance with Barclays legal, regulatory and ethical responsibilities.
To be successful as an Oversight Compliance - BX Function - COO - VP, you should have experience with:
Awareness of risk and control frameworks
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance environments
Data-driven with ample analytical orientation

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Effective stakeholder management, including the ability to influence and assert ideas confidently
Adept at maintaining structure and order in dynamic environments

This role is located in the Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary $145,000
Maximum Salary $200,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
