Process Architect1

Join us as a Process Architect1, where you’ll play a critical role in driving process optimization and transformation across the organization. You’ll harness strategic frameworks and methodologies to identify and enhance core processes, delivering value through diagnostic and design capabilities. Your work will directly impact organizational efficiency, stakeholder engagement, and the achievement of business ambitions.

To be successful as a Process Architect1, you should have experience with:

• Experience in process improvement, change management, or similar transformation roles
• Knowledge of process diagnostic frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and strategy documentation
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and process mapping software
• Exceptional communication and management skills, with experience in matrixed environments

• Demonstrated success in being part of teams or squads in complex projects
• Ability to manage competing priorities while ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes
• Considerable analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
• Previous experience in large-scale transformations or business architecture methodologies

This role is in our Whippany, New Jersey office.

Minimum Salary: $110,000

Maximum Salary: $155,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role

To implement data quality process and procedures, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy, then extract actionable insights from it to help the organisation improve its operation, and optimise resources. 

Accountabilities

• Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.
• Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.
• Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
• Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.
• Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement.
