What will you be doing?

Barclays Services Corp. seeks Senior BA / Technical Lead, VP in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions available):

•    Perform business analysis, data modeling, and solution design to build data fabric within post trade services space for Operations and technology IT supporting Equities, Institutional and Prime businesses in capital markets domain
•    Plan and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with the global front, middle and back office teams
•    Create solutions for business and functional requirements & facilitate sign off on requirements documentation
•    Coordinate with key business & IT stakeholders for regulatory data requests, understand and develop solutions to meet regulatory requirements on time
•    Collaborate with vendors to understand the data supplied and achieve goals for business requirements
•    Resolve data quality issues in production environment and coordinate with run the bank teams, review and approve releases
•    Manage legacy applications and teams to meet deliverables & sprint planning, prioritizing business requests, regulatory requirements, technical debt work
•    Perform optimization of legacy applications and complex database stored procedures and functions to meet the service level agreement for data distribution
•    Collaborate with team to analyze the existing legacy applications, define target state for data hydration and distribution, and road map for decommissioning of legacy applications
•    May telecommute

What we’re looking for:

Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
