To be successful in your role as a Strategy & Transformation AVP, you should have:

• Demonstrated experience supporting and leading workstreams within large scale digital transformation programs in a multi-layered, matrixed organization, with the ability to translate strategy into executable plans

• Considerable executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and partner effectively with senior leaders, while building alignment across cross functional teams

• Solid capability in strategic planning, program governance, and tracking benefits realization for major undertakings, with experience applying Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles; certification is a plus

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Experience applying emerging technologies and data driven insights to support and accelerate transformation strategic efforts, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements

• Background in financial services or other regulated environments, with a solid understanding of compliance requirements, risk frameworks, and control considerations relevant to transformation work

• Demonstrated ability to contribute to and promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by collaborating with global teams, sharing best practices, and encouraging new ways of working

This role is located in Whippany, NJ.

Minimum Salary: $70,000.00

Maximum Salary: $135,000.00

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role

To manage the implementation of strategic change initiatives to enhance the banks operational efficiency. 

Accountabilities

• Management of strategic operational changes and initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency and effectiveness, including the identification and assessment of changes on people, processes, and systems.
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers and SMEs to support business operation team and promote alignment between operations with the bank’s objectives.
• Development and implementation of change management strategies and effectively communicate the strategies so they are understood and adopted by stakeholders.
• Management and development of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business functions, utilising data and technology to support the identification of areas that require improvement.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management.
• Provision of guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the operational change management process through training and coaching.
