Explore locationStep into the role of VP, BBPLC COO Compliance, where you will provide compliance oversight to the Operations and Finance Transaction Cycles (TC’s). It is crucial you have working knowledge of the rules and regulations governing 15c3-3, specifically in the areas of Possession and Control (PorC) and the Customer Reserve Formula. This role focuses heavily on segregation requirements for the U.S. Broker/Dealer (BCI) and the registered Swap Dealer (BB Plc).
To be successful as a VP, BBPLC COO Compliance, you should have experience with:
Rules and regulations governing 15c3-3 specifically in the areas of Possession and Control (PorC) and the Customer Reserve Formula
Actively monitoring regulatory change and taking appropriate action to ensure the Firm complies with new or amended regulations
Providing advice and expertise when responding to regulatory exams and inquiries
Significant financial markets and or regulatory experience

To provide data-led expert oversight and check and challenge on business and compliance matters to evidence that the organisation is operating in a compliance with Barclays legal, regulatory and ethical responsibilities.
