To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Strong executive support capabilities, including complex calendar management, travel planning and senior‑level meeting coordination.
Ability to manage administrative operations such as visitor logistics, onboarding coordination for new joiners and general office support tasks.
Proven experience acting as a primary liaison with senior internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
Skilled in organising senior‑level meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes and tracking action items.
Demonstrated confidentiality, discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Strong co-ordination ability across leadership calendars, events and stakeholder engagements for seamless time management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office productivity tools.
Experience supporting C‑suite or senior leadership roles in a fast‑paced corporate environment
