Working in close partnership with other teams, you’ll use your expert understanding of content design, UX writing and brand tone of voice to deliver a world-class experience for our customers. You will work closely with Marketing and Design Leads to plan and prioritize workload, ensuring you and your direct reports are delivering to high standards, on time, to drive optimal commercial and customer outcomes.
You’ll be a custodian of our brand, an innovator in developing high quality content at scale, and a knowledgeable collaborator who understands Consumer Duty, the ins and outs of financial products, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity are fundamental to our customer experience.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as content design, content patterns, editing, and leading teams of writers.
To be successful as a "Content Designer", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Significant experience of UX writing, copywriting, content design and editing – writing engaging, clear and accessible content to meet brand guidelines.
Experience leading a team of other writers and content designers to develop methods of ensuring consistency, efficiency and quality control – from planning to execution and aftercare – all through close teamwork.
Experience coaching and training colleagues – building a vision and ensuring the team understands it and is motivated to deliver it.
Experience working in agile teams with designers, product owners (POs) and other colleagues, and engaging directly with legal and compliance teams.
Experience working with specialist tools such as Figma and GenAI to deliver great content quickly and at scale.
Experience developing design systems and content guidelines and overseeing the governance of content.
Ability to negotiate, influence and compromise with stakeholders at all levels, taking a constructive approach to managing and resolving conflicts or differences.
Confidence to work across complex business structures, ideally in financial services.
Ability to champion brand tone of voice, and advocate for customer interests in workshops, meetings, presentations and reviews.
Communicate complex information. 'Complex' information could include sensitive information or information that is difficult to communicate because of its content or its audience.
Senior stakeholder management.
Deep understanding of SEO, accessibility and inclusivity.
Deep understanding of app development pipelines.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Developing brand guides for large brands.
Delivering brand training.
Developing complex content models and pattern libraries.
Developing team KPIs/OKRs.
Building SharePoint sites.
This role will be based out of Noida.
