In this role you will play a central role in delivering bespoke financial solutions to high-net-worth clients. You will build deep, trusted relationships, working closely with individuals and families to understand their unique goals and design comprehensive strategies across banking, lending, and investments. Drawing on your market expertise, you will craft tailored portfolios, structured products, and wealth planning solutions that align with clients’ long-term ambitions.
You will also be responsible for managing and mitigating risk within client portfolios, using your insights to protect and grow their wealth. Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
Previous experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management.
RDR Level 4 Qualified (including Securities).
Proven experience working in a relationship management role.
Internal and external stakeholder management experience.
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working as a Private Banker.
Corporate business development experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of wealth management, investment strategies, and estate planning, delivering personalized financial solutions to clients.

This role will be based in Bristol.
This role is deemed as a Certified role under the PRA & UK Financial Conduct Authority - Individual Accountabilities Regulations and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
