To be successful as an "Assistant Vice President", you should have experience with:
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
* Expert level hands on experience with data management and its associated tools for maintaining good quality data.
* Expert level hands on experience with methods to analyze poor quality data and understand data lineage.
* Sound knowledge of derivative trades, collateralization and netting logics applied in BFSI.
* Sound knowledge of Reference data and Master data.
* Sound knowledge of accounting of transactions and its representation in a Bank’s financial statements (P&L and Balance sheet).
* Strong communication skills and presentation skills to Senior Leaders.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
* Hands on experience with dashboard development using tools like Tableau.
* Defined and established KRI and KPI to measure good quality data.
* Knowledge\Experience in posting\reviewing of accounting entries for complex derivative trade structures
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as experience with handling data, identifying poor quality issues with data, performing detailed root cause analysis on the poor quality data to identify and recommend solutions to resolve those poor quality data as well as job-specific skillsets.
