To be successful in this role, you should have:
Understanding on regulatory requirements for Stress Testing and Corporate Planning. Hands-on experience delivering planning and stress testing cycles (e.g., MTP, forecasts, stress scenarios).
Understanding of various divisions and products of a Bank like Retail banking , corporate banking etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent judgement and a risk-based mindset.
Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and have difficult conversations with senior stakeholders.
Excellent cross functional knowledge and Stakeholder engagement skills.
A self-starter with decision-making abilities.

Strong analytical and storytelling capability, particularly in interpreting stress testing outcomes and translating them into clear, decision-useful narratives for senior management.
Strong understanding of AI, emerging technologies, and programming capabilities (including Python and Excel Macros), with the ability to leverage advanced tools, identify relevant use cases, and enhance analytical efficiency and insight generation within the finance domain.

This role is based out of Chennai.
Purpose of the role
To develop and implement the bank's financial plans and stress testing methodologies by assessing the bank's resilience under various economic scenarios.
