Explore locationJoin us as a “Business Analyst”, where you will transform raw data into useful and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the bank. To contribute or set strategy, drive requirements and make recommendations for change. Plan resources, budgets, and policies; manage and maintain policies/ processes; deliver continuous improvements and escalate breaches of policies/procedures.
To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have experience with:
Business Analysis experience within large-scale organisations, including upstream, downstream, and cross-functional impact analysis.
Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.
Proven ability in process modelling, gap analysis (As-Is vs To-Be), and traceability analysis.
Solid understanding of Business Analyst methodologies (e.g., functional decomposition) to analyse complex processes.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data and scenarios.
Additional Skills:
Experience refining requirements and creating high-quality Agile user stories.
Practical experience working within Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
Proficiency with JIRA.
Effective stakeholder management across both technical and non-technical teams.
Communication skills (written and verbal).
Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree

This role will be based out of Chennai.
