Explore locationThe Office of the CCO Analysts role is a key position supporting the broader activities of the Barclays Europe (BE) Chief Compliance Office (BE CCO) on a variety of Compliance ( Conduct & Reputational ) risk issue. The BE Chief Compliance Office is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the BE Compliance Management Team (BE CMT) and the BE Compliance Risk Management (BE CRM) meetings, provides coordination and guidance on Executive level compliance queries, and enables compliance management engagement with the members and the BE EXCO, Company Secretariat and BE Board level committees, forums and stakeholders.
To be successful as a BE Compliance Office of the CCO, you should have:
Familiar with Financial Services Banking
Exposure to the Compliance and / or Risk function
Experience in coordinating and recording Governance fora, Exco or Boarding reporting, Program/project management
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience interacting and coordinating with senior functional executives
Proficiency in communications, both verbal and written
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in the role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.

To provide data-led expert oversight and check and challenge on business and compliance matters to evidence that the organisation is operating in a compliance with Barclays legal, regulatory and ethical responsibilities.
