To be successful as a Full Stack Developer, you should have:
Knowledge in .NET and/or Java ecosystems, including framework architecture, performance optimization, and API design
The ability to work with React, including component architecture, state management, and responsive design principles
Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, automating testing, and orchestrating deployments
Advanced SQL knowledge for complex query optimization, schema design, and data integrity management
A comprehensive understanding of the full software life-cycle from requirements gathering through production support
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Tax Domain Knowledge - Functional understanding of US and/or global tax regulations and compliance requirements
Ability to decompose highly detailed problems into technical solutions with precision
Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements without constant supervision
Effectively manage competing priorities across diverse technical and business requirements
Effectively partner with stakeholders and team members to deliver integrated solutions
