Explore locationJoin us as an Innovation Strategy, Execution and Governance lead for Barclays Private Bank and Wealth Management business, where you will play a central role in driving strategic priorities and leading transformational programmes, working in close partnership with stakeholders across business, technology, COO, and central functions.
The role will include; leading the end‑to‑end governance for all AI use cases (50%), helping shape the evolving PBWM Innovation strategy identifying and progressing high value problem statements (20%) and delivering the existing pipeline of use cases ensuring programme management, readiness, as well as post-live analysis (30%).
To be successful as an Innovation Strategy, Execution and Governance lead, you should have experience with:
Project, delivery or programme management, ideally within a technology, financial services or management / strategy consultancy.
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, managing complex delivery environments with often competing priorities
Experience with C-Suite level interactions and communications, including executive level presentation building and story-telling skills
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience leading on global strategic projects, or emerging technologies including Generative and Agentic AI
MBA, Accounting or Masters equivalent level post-graduate education
