To be successful as a Lead Business and Data Analyst, you should have experience with:
Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential, with data analysis skills to extract insights, automate processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
Ability to conduct multi-faceted analysis and gather detailed business requirements to support the design of effective, scalable solutions.
Skilled in using Tableau and Power BI for dynamic data visualization and reporting.

Alteryx proficiency.
Knowledge of Risk and Control Frameworks to support effective governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify potential operational risks.
Experience in one or more of the following businesses: Global Markets, Investment Banking, UK Corporate, Private Bank & Wealth Management.
