To be successful and a Release Train manager must have experience with:
SAFe certifications ,Scrum Master practitioner as a minimum.
Proven delivery track record from a large scale Agile Transformation.
In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Other desirable skills
Diverse technology background (this is so that they are not tied to a specific technology stack such as AWS)
Stakeholder Management and negotiation skills which demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Financial acumen for running budgets and articulating business value.
