Join our APAC Equities Electronic Sales Trading team in a high-impact role where you will support our largest institutional clients in executing equities across Asia via our algorithmic platform. You will ensure seamless client execution while working closely with internal partners, including the product and Prime teams, to enhance platform performance, refine our offering, and deliver strong trading outcomes. We’re looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- 5+ years’ experience of providing algo coverage for electronic equities & electronic product support.
- Client relationships and connectivity with algorithmic equity clients that trade Asia.
- Interest in market structure changes.
- Familiarity of regulations and executing across markets in Asia.
- Understanding of TCA and execution benchmarks.
- Experience of working collaboratively in highly productive teams.
- Experience of working in a highly productive Sales team including track record of delivering to challenging targets & objectives.
- High degree of numeracy.
- Strong communication skills, especially around complicated concepts.
- Experience in Sales planning and analysis of client revenue opportunities.
- Works thoughtfully and logically.

Purpose of the role
To develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business, maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, and achieve revenue targets.
Accountabilities
- Development and maintenance of relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Presentation and pitching of financial products and services to clients, tailored to their requirements.
- Liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of client requests.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations.
- Collaboration with research analysts and other teams to provide clients with insights and market updates.
- Negotiation of terms and agreements with clients to finalise sales transactions.
