Embark on this exciting opportunity in Equity Derivatives Solutions Team, where you will play a pivotal role in focusing on regional, with responsibility for developing and managing relationships with institutional clients. You will work closely with internal sales, research, trading and product teams to deliver high-quality market insights and investment ideas. You will generate meaningful client engagement, support revenue growth and contribute to the firm’s broader platform. You will build trusted client relationships and represent the firm effectively across key markets.

Required Skills:-

  • Minimum of approximately 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of structured products, structuring, quantitative solutions and related technology, with the ability to explain these capabilities clearly to institutional clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver differentiated market insights and investment ideas.
  • Commercially driven, self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Desired Skills:-

  • Experience covering Asia or other regional markets would be an advantage.
  • Existing institutional client network and strong understanding of client coverage strategy are preferred.
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, and the Microsoft Office suite of products.

Purpose of the role

To develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business, maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, and achieve revenue targets. 

Accountabilities

  • Development and maintenance of relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
  • Presentation and pitching of financial products and services to clients, tailored to their requirements.
  • Liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of client requests.
  • Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations.
  • Collaboration with research analysts and other teams to provide clients with insights and market updates.
  • Negotiation of terms and agreements with clients to finalise sales transactions.
