To be successful as a CISO People Performance Management Analyst, you should have experience with:
Data evaluation: an ability to collect, process and evaluate large data sets to gain insights and make recommendations.
Data design: an ability to design effective metrics and scorecards to highlight which areas are performing well and which require attention.
Data presentation/visualisation: an ability to present multi-layered ideas simply and in a visually striking manner to a range of audiences.
Problem solving: an ability toidentifyand implement solutions to a range of tasks.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience working in HR or knowledge of enterprise performance management processes.
Knowledge of people: being able to interpret the human element behind data sets.
Knowledge of the cybersecurity domain, and how a cybersecurity function within a large financial institution is structured.
Strategic mindset: being able to design strategy and shape the business area's people plan.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
