To be successful as a Cloud Deployment Engineer, you should have:
Ample experience with AWS cloud infrastructure, including CloudFormation and core services (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, ELB, MSK, RDS – Oracle preferred).
Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) across cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
Proficient in DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Nexus, and Jira.
Experience with virtual servers, container management, Windows/Linux OS, and cloud networking (VPCs, subnets, peering, firewalls).
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience using PowerShell, Perl, Ruby, Node js or Python.
Proficient with Jira, Jenkins, Bitbucket/Git and Git Workflows.
Exposure to working within a controlled environment such as banking and financial services.
Experience on Docker and at least one Docker Container orchestration – Amazon ECS/EKS, Kubernetes..

This role will be based in our Knutsford office.
