To excel as an Engineering Manager, you should have experience in:

- Knowledge or experience with web application development with programming skills such as Java, Spring, Spring Boot, React, Angular, etc.
- Experience with unit, mutation, component, integration, and automated functional testing.
- Familiarity with code quality and code scanners, GitLab, Cloud Hosting, JIRA, etc.
- Knowledge of private and public cloud storage and data services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work in a globally distributed/diverse team of both colleagues and business stakeholders.
- Ability to demonstrate a good level of ability in design, troubleshooting, documentation, product lifecycle, problem analysis/isolation, compliance, and security.

- Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management and task prioritization to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within scope, time, and budget.
- Mentor and support team members' professional growth, conduct performance reviews, provide actionable feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluation and enhancement of engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize team productivity.
- Collaboration with business partners, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure a cohesive approach to product development.
