Explore locationAs a Product and Proposition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we safeguard and manage our Business customers’ money. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to optimise our products and the processes, ensuring they are efficient, resilient and aligned to our customer needs.
A key part of the role involves analysing, interrogating and manipulating data to uncover insights that drive smarter decision‑making. You will translate those insights into practical ways to operationalise activities and improve end‑to‑end workstreams, helping us evolve our product offering and deliver better outcomes for customers and colleagues.
To be successful as a Product and Proposition Manager, you should have experience with:
Data interrogation, manipulation and analytics, using insights to inform decisions and shape product direction.
Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data, define what “good” looks like, and translate insights into clear strategic actions.
Solid project management experience including coordinating cross‑functional teams, embedding tasks into delivery pipelines, and operationalising ideas into tangible outcomes.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Detailed financial experience in Banking.
Product experience.

This role can be based in either Northampton or London.
Purpose of the role
To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services; and where applicable, ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, develops the product strategy, drive change through Barclays execution teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers, colleagues and the bank, achieved through appropriate service level agreements, regulatory compliance, risk management and controls.
