Product and/or operational experience with the ability to understand how a product works today and how it can be improved for the future.
Stakeholder engagement skills with a collaborative approach and the ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes across diverse teams.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Risk and controls experience with the ability to assess, strengthen, and embed effective control frameworks across product journeys.
Proven background in process enhancement; identifying inefficiencies and redesigning workflows to improve resilience, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
