Explore locationAs a Change Delivery Manager, you will lead, deliver, and support key change projects and programmes. Your main responsibility is to manage change initiatives to align with the organisation's strategic goals, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with regulations and internal policies. This role includes delivering change programmes within HR and extending HR projects to the wider business. You will develop and implement engagement plans, ensuring effective communication with relevant audiences. Working with a programme lead, you will contribute to or set the strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.
You will also plan resources and policies, manage processes, and execute readiness planning and activities. Your focus will be on continuous improvement, ensuring all change initiatives are managed and escalated when necessary. By delivering these projects, you will help the organisation achieve its strategic goals while fostering a culture of compliance and efficiency. Your ability to lead and support change initiatives will be crucial in driving the organisation's success and ensuring all projects are delivered within established parameters.
To be successful as a Change Delivery Manager, you should have experience with:
• Expertise in change management and communications.
• Proficiency in programme and project management.
• Background and experience in operating model facilitation and design, or organisational design skills.
• Knowledge and experience in restructuring and/or corporate transactions, such as integrations.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills
Purpose of the role
To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
