Explore locationStrong knowledge of Financial Crime Prevention processes, policies and procedures including Anti money laundering (AML), Sanctions and Know Your Customer (KYC) Up to date with evolving financial crime regulations and industry standards Ability to analyse complex data and draw meaningful conclusions Familiarity with developing and implementing financial crime prevention technologies such as screening tools transaction monitoring systems and analytical platforms Experience in managing complex portfolios including financial crime compliance initiatives from inception to completion Ability to build motivate and lead a team of financial crime programme managers Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders including internal teams, regulators Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes in financial crime prevention Ability to make sound decisions under pressure Ability to focus on detail, accuracy and critically analyse complex information
Purpose of the role
To manage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, in control and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
