Explore locationWe're hiring for a strategic, innovation-driven Business Analyst within our growing Digital Assets Team. If you're passionate about emerging technologies, payments, and market transformation, this is your chance to shape how digital assets are redefining banking. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a pioneering team tasked with defining Barclays’ digital asset strategy, developing business cases, and delivering solutions. You’ll work alongside experienced leaders to explore new forms of digital money, assets, transactions, and partnerships that will reshape how the bank operates and what products and services we offer. The role blends strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, analysis of business problems and client requirements, business case development, feasibility studies, creation of operational and process design and hands-on innovation.
To be successful as a Digital Assets Strategy and Innovation Business Analyst, you should have:
Proven Business Analyst expertise in either payments/corporate banking OR markets/banking/treasury.
Independent thinker with strong analytical, coordination and communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to deal credibly and confidently with a range of stakeholders (across seniorities and across areas).
Proven project management experience, with ability to multitask in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Passion for digital assets – experience in the space is a material advantage.
Ability to translate emerging tech ideas into practical applications for Barclays.

This role is based in London.
