In this role, you will lead and manage agentic workflows, RAG, tool‑calling and orchestration, that with the help of GenAI developers. You will raise quality and drive adoption with enterprise‑grade governance from day one, while collecting requirements, and managing technical delivery for agents across Azure and AWS, M365 Copilot/Copilot Studio, , leveraging leading OpenAI and Anthropic LLMs with privacy and controls built in.
To be successful as a GenAI Business Analyst, you should have:
Ability to translate business problems into GenAI use cases, define success metrics (ROI, adoption), and prioritize based on value, risk, and reusability.
Experience managing/leading Business Analysis for Technology projects within Investment Bank
Ability to manage GenAI from ideation through PoC, pilot, and production using agile delivery, dependency tracking, and iterative user feedback loops.
Experience navigating technology delivery governance, risk, compliance, data privacy, and approval forums while coordinating across business, technology, data, security, and legal stakeholders in financial domain.
Capability to drive user adoption through clear requirements, UX alignment, training, communications, and continuous improvement based on banker/user feedback.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Agile SDLC, Jira, Projects, Excel, Power Point.
Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation, data integration, and AI platforms (e.g., Azure / AWS / Copilot ecosystem) to effectively interface with engineers and architects.
Flexibility to work in a global team setting to support UK business in Finance domain.
