In this role, you will lead and manage agentic workflows, RAG, tool‑calling and orchestration, that with the help of GenAI developers. You will raise quality and drive adoption with enterprise‑grade governance from day one, while collecting requirements, and managing technical delivery for agents across Azure and AWS, M365 Copilot/Copilot Studio, , leveraging leading OpenAI and Anthropic LLMs with privacy and controls built in.

To be successful as a GenAI Business Analyst, you should have:

  • Ability to translate business problems into GenAI use cases, define success metrics (ROI, adoption), and prioritize based on value, risk, and reusability.

  • Experience managing/leading Business Analysis for Technology projects within Investment Bank

  • Ability to manage GenAI from ideation through PoC, pilot, and production using agile delivery, dependency tracking, and iterative user feedback loops.

  • Experience navigating technology delivery governance, risk, compliance, data privacy, and approval forums while coordinating across business, technology, data, security, and legal stakeholders in financial domain.

  • Capability to drive user adoption through clear requirements, UX alignment, training, communications, and continuous improvement based on banker/user feedback.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

  • Agile SDLC, Jira, Projects, Excel, Power Point.

  • Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation, data integration, and AI platforms (e.g., Azure / AWS / Copilot ecosystem) to effectively interface with engineers and architects.

  • Flexibility to work in a global team setting to support UK business in Finance domain.

Purpose of the role

To support the organisation, achieve its strategic objectives by the identification of business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities. 

Accountabilities

  • Identification and analysis of business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
  • Development of business requirements that will address business problems and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
  • Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
  • Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Creation of operational design and process design to ensure that proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
  • Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
