Explore locationIn this role you will act as the day‑to‑day driver of a high‑profile change programme within the Pensions Team (part of HR’s Reward & Performance), coordinating delivery and governance across multiple workstreams. You will lead complex project delivery with discipline maintaining Prince2‑style governance (action trackers, decision logs), running effective forums, capturing and progressing actions, and sustaining momentum across senior stakeholders. You will support workstream leads and pensions SMEs (deep pensions expertise is not required), translate evolving requirements into structured plans, and manage sensitive information with discretion at early stages. You will engage, influence, and align senior stakeholders across HR and Finance/Treasury, ensuring clear communication, informed decision‑making, and timely issue resolution, while using AI/tech tools to synthesise notes and produce crisp updates.
You will bring a proven PM/PMO background at Vice President level, applying good analytical thinking, exceptional organisation, and consulting‑grade execution to a complex, finance‑linked environment. You will navigate internal dynamics with sound judgement and political acumen, be live to potential conflicts of interest, operate as an individual contributor with high accountability, and uphold tight governance in a fast‑moving, multi‑workstream context. You will establish credible relationships quickly, accelerate your learning curve on pensions terminology, and consistently convert executive intent into actionable plans, milestones, and outcomes.
To be successful as a Pensions Change Project Manager – 18 Months Full Time Contract, you should have experience with:
Project Management experience delivering complex, multi‑workstream change in finance‑linked environments.
Governance experience (Prince2/Agile, integrated plans).
Senior stakeholder management experience, influencing across HR, Treasury and Finance in a confidential setting.
Analytical skills, turning intent into plans and using AI/tools to synthesise notes and accelerate decisions.
