In this role you willestablishandleada PMO,establishingstrong controls and effective reportingacross multiple projects, includingtarget operating model delivery,organisationchange andriskgovernancestreamlining.
To be successful as aProgramme Management Office Manager, you should have experience with:
Running a PMO for alarge-scaletransformationin Financial Services.
Practicaland pragmaticimplementation of best practiceprogramme controls.
Maintainingintegrated delivery plans, milestonetracking,riskmanagement and dependency managementfor complex, cross functional programmes.
Maintainingaprogramme RAID log and ensuringthe items are clearly articulated andactions are actively managed.
Providing clear programme communications (progress, planned activities, key decisions, risks etc) toExColevel audiences.
Managing senior stakeholders (MD/ExColevel) and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience of Target Operating Model delivery programmes.
Experience ofHR-led transformation programmes
Adept atco-ordinatingdisparate sources of information under time pressure.

This role can be based from our Londonor Glasgow office.

To support change delivery managers in the delivery of successful projects, while ensuring that project management processes and practices are aligned with controls and governance standards and that projects are aligned with the organisation's strategic objectives.
