Explore locationJoin us as a Regulatory & Policy Change Manager - a high profile role with responsibility for providing subject matter expertise in financial crime compliance, focusing on the analysis, assessment, and implementation of regulatory and internal policy changes that impact the Investment Bank and for identifying, leading and delivering significant end to end improvements for Governance & Control key processes.
To be successful as a Regulatory & Policy Change Manager, you should have experience with
8+ years in financial crime compliance within Corporate & Investment Banking.
Good understanding of AML, Sanctions, ABC, and Fraud risk in wholesale banking products and services (e.g trade finance, capital markets, correspondent banking).
Experience in interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements into policy.
Proven project management skills
Excellent written communication and policy drafting skills.
Experience in managing stakeholder relationships across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior experience with major regulatory change programs (e.g. 6AMLD, OFAC updates, UK Economic Crime Act).
Knowledge of regulatory expectations across multiple geographies (e.g., US, UK, EU, APAC).
Some other highly valued skills may include:
CAMS, ICA, or similar financial crime certifications.

This role is based in London.
Purpose of the role
To provide data-led expert oversight and check and challenge on business and compliance matters to evidence that the organisation is operating in a compliance with Barclays legal, regulatory and ethical responsibilities.
