Explore locationJoin us as a Relationship Manager, where you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of approximately 75 customers valued between £1.5 million and £2 million. You will build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, meeting regularly, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring a high level of service. Your primary focus will be to retain and grow your portfolio by introducing additional products, uncovering new opportunities and delivering proactive engagement. In this fast paced and target driven environment, you will protect existing revenue, deepen client relationships and contribute to business development through close collaboration with internal stakeholders and a strong understanding of payments and banking solutions.
Essential Skills / Basic Qualifications
Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills
Target driven, with a clear focus on retention and growth
Proactive approach, with the ability to uncover new opportunities within existing portfolios
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence meeting clients face to face
Ability to manage a high volume portfolio while maintaining strong customer engagement
Desirable Skills / Preferred Qualifications
Experience in acquiring payments or acquiring solutions
Previous sales experience, ideally within financial services
Understanding of payments, corporate banking or related products
Experience identifying and developing business opportunities
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills
This role is based in 1CP London or Northampton. You must also be willing to travel across client sites in the South.
