Explore locationStep into a role as a Senior Commercial Analyst and consolidate, analyse and make business recommendations based on a deep understanding of data, with the objective of improving the commercial performance of the Digital Investing business across acquisition and engagement. This includes pulling data from a number of different sources, analysing the data to understand trends, issues and opportunities and proactively producing recommendations and plans to improve key performance metrics. A key part of the role is to deliver value-added insights and ensure these drive changes that will improve the customer experience and/or commercial performance. There will also be a weekly and monthly reporting requirement of the role.

Strong commercial and analytical awareness - able to deliver activities that drive open accounts or money to customer accounts based on utilising data from multiple sources to measure, monitor, report and understand KPIs
Prioritisation skills - able to assess a broad range of activities and opportunities and organise them into priorities based on commercial or positive customer outcomes and deliver these on time
Relationship skills - work with colleagues across the bank, at all levels, as well as external partners to deliver key initiatives via Barclay’s complex matrix structures
Communication – effective communication of priorities, progress, opportunities and gaps in order to mobilise the organisation to deliver key activities

To support the bank's decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through designing, developing, and maintaining management reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends across various business units.
