­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Overall purpose of role

The role supports the country CFO’s of India, Japan, Hong Kong and other senior leaders in Asia Finance as an Executive Assistant. The role includes but is not limited to diary management, meeting scheduling/coordination and other administrative tasks such as booking travel and submitting expenses and invoices.

Your key Key Accountabilities will be as below-

  • Secretarial support to regional country CFO’s, and other senior leaders in Asia finance
  • Extensive diary management and coordination (regionally and globally)
  • Organize meetings and assist with agenda; build good rapport with assistants to stakeholders
  • Track and follow through on actions
  • Organize travel arrangements, cabs and visas for business trips
  • Expense processing
  • Liaise with other regions to arrange inter-office visits including security access, desk allocation, PC login, and staff/client meetings
  • Assist with requests for new joiners and overseas visitors and ensure that desks are set up in line with requirements and moves
  • Action voicemails/incoming calls in a prompt and timely manner
  • Provide back-up secretarial cover for other secretaries during absences and busy periods
  • Ad hoc administration

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with MS Office packages
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity of communicating with stakeholders across a large global organistation to organise meetings
  • Familiarity with SAP / Coupa systems for expense processing

Job location is Mumbai

Purpose of the role

To provide financial expertise and support to specific business units or departments within the organisation, and act as a liaison between the finance function and various business units, helping to bridge the gap between financial data and business decisions.  

Accountabilities

  • Development and implementation of business unit financial strategies, plans and budgets, using insights to evaluate the financial implications of strategic initiatives and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Development of financial models to forecast future performance, assess investment opportunities, and evaluate financial risks for business units, and to analyse the impact of business decisions on financial performance and provision of recommendations.  .
  • Cross functional collaboration to provide financial insights and guidance to business unit stakeholders.
  • Identification of opportunities and implementation of financial process improvements that streamline financial operations.
  • Support to business units in identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial risks, including provision of training and guidance to business units on financial risk management and compliance practices.
  • Analysis and presentation of financial data to provide insights into business performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.
