Join us as a Research BI Analyst, where you will be responsible for Producing regular and adhoc reports/analysis using various datasets (related to interactions/meetings/publications), Assisting with broker vote processing, including analyzing broker vote data, standardizing it, capturing information, coordinating with sales, working on any ad-hoc request related to broker vote, Partnering with IT and business to define data onboarding requirements and helping IT teams with UAT and signoffs, Communicate directly with the stakeholders on a regular basis to discuss issues/solutions for continuous improvement.

To be successful as a Research BI Analyst, You should have:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with at least 2-4 years of experience working in a data intensive process and hands on reporting experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and team environment.

  • Ability to work during UK business hours.

  • Strong interest in the subject matter.

  • Resourcefulness, and proactive attitude.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a time sensitive environment.

Some other highly values skills may include:

  • Proficient in advanced MS Excel using Macros and MS Office applications.

  • Report development using SAP Business Objects is preferable.

  • Ability to quickly grasp concepts and implement them.

  • Knowledge of financial concepts such as equity & debt financial instruments and the research business would be an added advantage.

This role is based in Mumbai.

Purpose of the role

To maximise the value of the Research product through the targeting and marketing of content to Clients and ensuring best practice in negotiating and collecting revenue. 

Accountabilities

  • Leverage data, analytics and feedback to understand our clients and competitive landscape; use the information to continuously monitor and decide where to allocate resources.
  • Management, continual improvement and execution of the Research content monetization processes and agenda.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and improvements to the monetisation of Research.
  • Identification of and driving changes to systems and processes to continual improve the delivery to our internal stakeholders and Clients .
  • Adherence to the highest standards of risk management and controls; identification of potential risks and help to develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
