Explore locationAs an Equity Derivatives Business Manager you will be responsible for implementing the strategic goals of the Derivatives business. You will be working closely with the regional and global BMs, Business Heads and their teams, the BMs drive and manage change and development of the business, working in conjunction with the trading, sales, structuring and infrastructure teams.
To be successful as an Equity Derivatives Business Manager, you should have:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with the highest-level contacts within the organization
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced and high pressure environment
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
Some highly valued skills are:
- Equity Derivatives experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of operational flows and processes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
This role is located in New York.
Minimum Salary: $115,000
Maximum Salary: $140,000
