In this role, you will sit within the Electronic Trading team and focus on building and enhancing algorithmic trading solutions for U.S. equities markets. You will refine custom algo offerings, conducting performance analysis, and delivering consultative support for high‑priority and sensitive clients. You will work closely with multiple IT teams to manage complex workflows while translating large data sets into clear insights for clients and internal stakeholders.

To be successful as a Global Markets Product Management, AVP, you should have:

  • Coding experience and comfort working with technical tools

  • Knowledge of electronic trading systems, including algorithmic trading workflows

  • Prior experience working with multiple IT teams

  • Series 7 and 63 or willingness to obtain

  • Experience with pre‑trade and post‑trade analytics and performance evaluation

  • Communication and client‑facing abilities

  • Data analysis, statistics, and the ability to interpret large market datasets

  • Skill in summarizing complex data and trends for non‑technical audiences

  • Effective workload and project management across multiple technical teams

This role is located in our New York, NY office.

This role is regulated by FINRA.

Minimum Salary: $125,000

Maximum Salary: $175,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role

To develop, launch, and manage the portfolio of financial products and services for the global markets, collaborating with a team of product managers, traders, risk managers, and other stakeholders to define product strategies, develop roadmaps, and bring new products to market, also playing a key role in gathering and analysis of market intelligence, identifying client needs, and developing competitive differentiators. 

Accountabilities

  • Development and execution of product strategy for financial products and services offered within the Markets division.
  • Identification of market opportunities and customer needs to create new products or enhance existing ones.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including traders, sales, risk management, and technology, to define product requirements.
  • Market data analysis to make informed decisions regarding product positioning and pricing.
  • Management of the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing maintenance.
  • Monitoring of product performance, through analysing metrics and client feedback.
