In this role, you will leverage advanced technologies to enhance our digital capabilities and elevate customer experiences through thoughtful, well‑designed processes.
To be successful as a Process Engineer, you should bring experience in:
Leading and delivering process-focused engagements, including process landscapes, process reviews, and business capability mapping
Managing both accelerated and extended timelines while achieving agreed outcomes for key stakeholders
Overseeing the effective delivery of Business Architecture engagements, ensuring alignment with defined objectives and agreed timelines
Additional skills that are highly valued include:
Expertise in process reengineering and process archetyping
Confidence and capability in engaging senior stakeholders and working within time‑sensitive environments
Familiarity with business frameworks and project management practices
Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in Whippany, NJ.
Minimum Salary: $70,000
Maximum Salary: $135,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.

To collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas.
