Explore locationEmbark on a transformative journey as a Senior Business Analyst – VP. At Barclays, our vision is clear – to redefine the future of banking and help craft innovative solutions. In this role, you’ll support our equities trading teams by helping capture what the business needs, turning those details into clear requirements, and working closely with traders and partner teams. You’ll also play a part in shaping a new platform, supporting new products, new controls, and updates to our trading tools.
To be successful as a Senior Business Analyst – VP, you should have experience with:
Working with at least one asset class (FIX, rates, equities, etc.)
Writing clear business and regulatory requirements
Spending time on a trading floor and working directly with traders
A business certification such as CFA
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Knowledge of equities
Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) or Execution Management Systems (EMS)
Ample communication skills for working with different groups
Understanding of trading workflows
Ability to work comfortably in a busy, fast-moving environment
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in New York, NY.
Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $225,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
