Barclays Capital Inc. seeks Senior Quantitative Analyst in New York, NY (multiple positions available):
1. Build, implement and maintain financial quantitative credit models and analytics involving corporate credit, investment grade and leveraged finance, structured credit such as
securitization.
2. Build, implement and maintain financial quantitative liquidity models and analytics involving corporate credit, investment grade and leveraged finance, structured credit such as securitization.
3. Work with the loan portfolio managers and risk officers to satisfy the risk management, valuation and quantitative strategy needs including but not limited to portfolio structuring for securitization.
4.Work with the technology teams to develop and improve the trading and risk management platforms.
5. Work with loan portfolio managers to build financial pricing, risk models and various tools for the bank’s loan portfolio.
6. Develop new financial models and support existing Tier 1 models subject to severe scrutiny from regulators and IVU.
7.Interact with business and risk counterparts to develop requirements including data, modelling and technology needs.
8.Extensive interaction with external or internal database through vendors API or internal platform.
9. May telecommute.
Salary / Rate Minimum/yr: $210,000 per year
Salary / Rate Maximum/yr: $225,000 per year
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
This position is eligible for incentives pursuant to Barclays Employee Referral Program.
