Explore locationJoin Barclays as Anti-bribery & Corruption BOC & Policy Lead – Vice President where you'll spearhead the Anti Bribery & Corruption (ABC) policy and framework deliverables across the group. At Barclays, we're committed to pushing boundaries. Your role will also be responsible for providing expert oversight and check and challenge on business and compliance matters to evidence that the organisation is operating in a compliance with Barclays legal, regulatory and ethical responsibilities on ABC (Anti-bribery & Corruption) and ATEF (Anti-Tax Evasion Facilitation) matters. You will also have the opportunity to act as key lead for BX (Barclays Execution) and Functions for ABC advisory and oversight matters.
To be successful in this role, you should have,
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory requirements including key bribery legislation and regulations.
Robust understanding of banking products and services offered by Barclays and key bribery / corruption risk they pose.
Preferred Post graduate qualification and relevant experience with VP role gained in the legal or compliance departments.
Extensive experience in policy drafting or equivalent.
Ability to work closely with other functions to find both technical and procedural solutions.

Quick thinker with ability to understand complex ABC (Anti-bribery & Corruption) queries and explain compliance issues clearly and concisely.
Ability to take independent decisions and guide business as well as to handle areas of difference with business and escalate.

This role is based in our Noida / Pune office.
