To be successful in this role you should have below skills:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant - (preference for AVPs with 2 years of experience at the same grade)
• Strong communication skills (written and interpersonal) including the ability to distil complex issues into simple summaries for senior management
• Strong understanding of Treasury function and products
• Strong control focus, particularly the ability to identify and escalate potential control breakdowns and to streamline processes efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and structured approach
• Advanced problem-solving skills, with the initiative and ability to break down problems into components parts and resolve them
• Confident and assertive with the ability to negotiate and influence constructively across teams and geographies
• Capable reviewer of meeting materials and commentary, with a high level of attention to detail
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
• CFA/master’s in finance / financial engineering would be an advantage
• Understanding of Alteryx/Tableau
• Expert understanding of Microsoft Office products
• Proactive change champion who looks to develop and embed best practices

This role is based in our Noida and Chennai office

To develop and implement the bank's financial plans and stress testing methodologies by assessing the bank's resilience under various economic scenarios.
