Explore locationStep into a role of Reporting Analyst, where you will take responsibility for client service and operational execution task. You must take responsibility for controlling risk and enhancing controls in connection to your job and areas of responsibility in accordance with rules and regulations.
You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
Drive performance & operational excellence by leveraging data, analytics, and reporting to improve efficiency, optimize processes, manage capacity, and mitigate operational risks.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, product, credit, technology, and leadership) to deliver analytics-driven solutions, business insights, and performance improvement initiatives.
Enable business growth & governance through development of analytics models, strategic initiatives, proposals, and ensuring adherence to Enterprise Risk Management and control frameworks.
Desirable skills sets:
Any AML stream related experience, preferably CDD (Client Onboarding).
Should have interacted with Front office and RM teams via Phone daily.
Should be flexible for any shifts.
Should have worked on all Risk types and individually able to classify a risk of both individual and entity client types.
Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.

This position is based out of Noida.
Purpose of the role
To support the bank's decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through designing, developing, and maintaining management reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends across various business units.
