You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as experience with Content Operations Team responsible for managing the inception and triage of digital demand. This position requires excellent stakeholder management skills, strong decision-making capabilities, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will liaise with product owners and digital delivery managers to ensure requests are properly assessed, processed, and tracked through the digital demand lifecycle, as well as job-specific skillsets.

To be successful as a "Digital Content Production – Planning", you should have experience with:

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Proven experience in demand management and prioritization.

  • Client and/or stakeholder facing experience with ability to set and manage expectations.

  • Manage the triage and processing of incoming digital demand requests.

  • Assess emergency demand for urgent review and appropriate action.

  • Ensure all requests contain adequate information to progress, including workable briefs and clear descriptions.

  • Run prioritization forums to triage requests based on size, complexity, and urgency.

  • Challenge prioritization decisions where appropriate to ensure optimal resource allocation.

  • Help to establish the Content Operations Team as a centre of excellence.

  • Develop collaborative and supportive relationships within the team and across key stakeholders.

  • Manage day-to-day contact with stakeholders and delivery teams

  • Demonstrate and role model Barclays values and behaviors.

  • Provide ongoing stakeholder support on the end-to-end demand process.

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology such as Adobe Workfront or similar enterprise management systems.

  • Experience of working with large corporate websites.

  • Digital/Marketing qualifications beneficial.

This role will be based out of Noida or Gurgaon.

Purpose of the role

To develop and implement marketing strategies to promote brand, products, and services across various markets

Accountabilities

  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies and delivery that aligns with the banks business objectives and are informed by market research, customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Collaboration with product development, sales, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives, to achieve specific, well defined outcomes, as needed.
  • Development of compelling and targeted content for various marketing channels, including print, media and related collateral, if needed.
  • Analysis of data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies, use of data analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Management of the marketing budget, allocating resources to maximise ROI.
  • Defines marketing vision, sets goals, clarifies objectives and works across organisations to achieve specific, well defined outcomes.
