Desirable skills sets:
Design, develop, and deliver learning programs covering Financial Crime topics, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, KYC/CDD, Transaction Monitoring, and Fraud Prevention.
Facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning sessions for employees across multiple functions and levels.
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
Coach and mentor employees to enhance technical expertise, investigative capabilities, and professional development.
Support change and transformation initiatives by developing learning strategies that drive adoption of new processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
Promote a strong risk and control culture through training programs focused on governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Measure training effectiveness and continuously improve learning content based on business feedback and performance outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging financial crime risks to ensure training content remains relevant.
