Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service while resolving more complex customer needs/requests.
To be successful, you should have experience with:
Experience of working in BPO/KPO.
Familiar with Operating Systems (Windows).
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of risk and audits.

This role is based in Pune.
