To thrive in this role, you’ll need some previous experience in:
Graduate in any discipline.
Detailed understanding of the business operational objectives, service standards and compliance requirements.
Ability to collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate customer care processes.
Resolving customer inquiries and issues related to the bank products and services, including account balances, transactions and payments.
Good communication skills & email etiquettes to manage clients / stakeholders.
Flexibility in hours of work and ability to work in changing shifts patterns.
Achieving high standards and delivering results with accuracy and attention to detail.

This role is based out of Noida
