Join us as Wholesale Client Onboarding Procedures Manager at Barclays where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client onboarding process for wholesale banking clients. You will focus on implementing robust onboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with financial crime regulations, and leading policy and process enhancements. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with various teams to support effective onboarding operations and regulatory compliance.

To be successful as the Wholesale Client Onboarding Procedures Manager you should have experience with:

  • Experience in client onboarding within banking/financial services industry

  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in KYC, Financial Crime, and Anti Money Laundering(AML)

  • Preferred background in policy and procedures review and implementation

  • Demonstrated project management experience in regulatory or compliance initiatives

  • Knowledge of change and transformation programs in large- scale environments

  • Proven ability to ensure adherence to local and global regulatory standards

Desirable skillsets/ good to have:

  • Experience at dealing with stakeholders at all levels

  • Excellent communication at all levels, including and not limited to verbal and written

  • People centric, problem-solving, result oriented and customer focus/Maker awareness

This role will be based out of Noida.

Purpose of the role

To manage the implementation of strategic change initiatives to enhance the banks operational efficiency. 

Accountabilities

  • Management of strategic operational changes and initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency and effectiveness, including the identification and assessment of changes on people, processes, and systems.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers and SMEs to support business operation team and promote alignment between operations with the bank’s objectives.
  • Development and implementation of change management strategies and effectively communicate the strategies so they are understood and adopted by stakeholders.
  • Management and development of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business functions, utilising data and technology to support the identification of areas that require improvement.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management.
  • Provision of guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the operational change management process through training and coaching.
