Join us as a Senior Business Analyst, supporting Global Transaction Banking to achieve its strategic objectives by owning the end to end requirements lifecycle for strategic and regulatory change initiatives, providing leadership and ongoing development to more junior team members. You will lead the business requirements phases end to end – producing clear sets of requirements which enable the business to realise their required benefits. Have responsibility for the delivery of pragmatic business and operational design solutions which maximise benefits while achieving the desired business outcomes, ensuring relevant controls are in place to safeguard the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full business requirements lifecycle, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Identify and analyze business problems to define clear requirements that drive impactful change.
- Develop and document business requirements that address business needs and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions align with expectations and business goals.
- Support business case creation, justifying investment in new solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability and effectiveness of proposed solutions.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Design and optimize operational processes, ensuring solutions are aligned with regulatory and strategic objectives.
- Support change management activities, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption of new processes.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within Global Transaction Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong ability to define business problems, gather requirements, and develop solutions.
- Expertise in stakeholder engagement and management, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and their impact on financial services.
- Experience in business process modelling, operational design, and risk assessment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects.
- Familiarity with change management principles and the ability to support business transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members.

- Support to change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
